We develop programs informed directly by artist feedback, using insights gathered through our Barriers to Success survey. We actively engage with artists to design initiatives that reflect their needs. -

PAID OPPORTUNITIES + TIPS
We also actively seek and create additional paid performance opportunities for artists and implement “Tip the Artist” system ensuring performers are directly compensated for their work, with 100% of tips going directly to artists.
